AI-Assisted Form Building Automation in Quickbase
Spark AI Builder is an LLM agent (currently ChatGPT) embedded in Form Engine to automate more of the form building process, to help you to build more with less work, and get professional-quality form results.
Spark makes Form Engine your company’s most powerful business form, web form and agreement builder, all in your hands, no code, in Quickbase. It is intended to replace Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and other generic form builders with a superior tool.
You can quickly build the new forms, and dynamic forms your business needs for many purposes. You can automate and modernize more of your business’s form and document processes directly into Quickbase, improving every one.
Version 1 only works with Dynamic html forms, not PDF/Word forms that you import into Form Engine as Static forms (yet).
Version 1.0 enables builders to:
Automate the creation of new dynamic forms from chat prompt
Modify existing dynamic forms from chat prompt
All you need is a Quickbase app and target table that has the fields that you want on a new form.

Scope of LLM use: Spark has been specifically trained to build HTML forms within Form Engine and does not have general LLM functionality. Spark should not be used as a generic LLM like ChatGPT. As a best practice, please do not prompt Spark with personal or highly sensitive information, nor attempt to use it for purposes outside of form building. Any results generated outside of intended usage are not supported.
Memory: Spark does not retain memory of past form building or editing sessions, or information you may have given it in previous sessions. It is focused exclusively on executing your requests for the creation and modification of forms as you build them.
