Radio buttons are multi-choice fields in Quickbase that are displayed as round checkboxes, where the user can only choose 1 option.  For multiple choice fields only, when you click on a field to bring up its Field Information popup, you’ll see the Display as Radio Options like this. Click that when you want the field to display as Radio buttons and Ok to confirm.

Then they will appear as independent radio buttons like here that you can drag to anywhere on your form. If there are one or more you don’t want on your form, you can delete them individually and the others will still work. The choices will stay current with the multiple-choice options in your Quickbase app if you change those options in Quickbase.

NOTE: If you want to delete them all off your form you have to delete them individually, and if you want to change the field input back to multi-choice, you have to delete them all and drag the original field back onto the form.
