Form Builders log into the Form Engine with their Quickbase credentials. Form Builders must be in an Administrator Role in any Quickbase App(s) they want to digitize forms to. Form Builders can see and edit all digitized forms in their Realm's Form Library for apps where they have Administrator permissions.
Form Builders will not see digitized forms for Apps that they DO NOT have Administrative access to.
