This feature enables Form Builders to create highly formatted custom popup messages that will display once a form has been submitted. The messages can provide direction to Users regarding next steps using any of the following functions or a combination of: custom text, hyperlinks, images, and more. Messages are Form Template specific, and not based on a User’s Role in Quickbase. Follow these Steps to create a Custom Success Message:

  1. Open the desired Form Template, and Click on the “Options” button which is located to the left of the “Publish to Quickbase” button in the upper right-hand corner.

  1. A dialog box will appear. On the left side, under “Template”, is a section called “Success Message”. Inside this box is where a Builder can create Custom Message.

  1. An array of options are made available to the Builder for customizing the message. As mentioned previously, messages can be created with different font styles, sizes, and colors, including hyperlinks, and images.

  1. Once the Success Message is complete, click anywhere outside of the dialog box to close it. The Form Template will need to be “Save” before navigating away from it.
