As a Form Builder Form Engine user, all you need to do to create your Form Engine instance is input your short Quickbase Realm name and Quickbase login credentials for that Realm in this screen.
This sets up your free account, convertible to paid subscription as appropriate. By registering and using the Form Engine, you agree to the Terms of Use, also found here.
The email and password you use to access Quickbase is the Quickbase authentication the Form Engine uses to let you digitize forms to target Quickbases (we do not store your password or have access to it). You also specify your main Realm. If you have access to multiple Quickbase Realms and want to digitize forms to your other Realms, just log out and log back in again with that Realm name and your email and password for that Realm. The Form Engine keeps form templates separate by Realm, so you’ll only see your form templates for a Realm when you are logged in for that Realm.
